Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Investus provides a private, members-only platform that helps groups stay organised and manage their own affairs. Investus is a software platform that your group uses to run itself; it does not hold your group’s funds and does not direct how your group operates.

• Your group’s activities, rules, and any decisions are determined by your group and its administrators.
• Investus records and displays your group’s activity but is not a party to any agreement between members, and is not responsible for members’ decisions or obligations.
• You are responsible for ensuring your group operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or other users’ accounts or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Services.
• Upload false, misleading, or infringing information.

The Investus apps are distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Your use of those apps is also subject to the respective store’s terms. You are responsible for any fees from your network or device provider.

The Services, including their content, design, and software, are owned by Investus or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You use the Services and make financial decisions at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Services or any group’s financial activity.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
